The Journey to Mastery

Born in Canada to an Italian family and raised in the heart of Tuscany, Chef Joe’s culinary journey began at age 14. 

A love for hospitality quickly grew into a passion for cooking under the mentorship of the renowned Chef Marco Agnorelli, a master of seafood who ignited his lifelong dedication to the craft. This passion led him to successfully own and operate two of his own restaurants for over a decade, building a foundation of entrepreneurial and culinary excellence that propelled him onto the international stage.

Now based in Delhi, India, Chef Joe Stanchi brings this world of experience to the nation’s vibrant culinary scene. His mission is to deliver exceptional results for clients and memorable experiences for diners. 

Specializing in restaurant consulting, culinary training for chefs, and crafting bespoke dining menus, he is dedicated to establishing a new benchmark for authentic Italian food in the region. 

The focus remains on rich traditions, from contemporary Neapolitan pizza to timeless pasta classics, with a curated selection of European dishes to ensure an exceptional experience for all veg and non-veg palates.
